Acron Seawinds is a gated residential community of 142 homes in Khobra Waddo, Calangute, in the Baga – Arpora belt of North Goa. Set on 2.72 acres (11,025 m²), the apartments look out over swimming pools, landscaped gardens, coconut groves and paddy fields, yet Baga Beach is only about 1.3 km away.
The project was developed by Acron Housing Pvt Ltd, part of the Acron group, which has been building homes in Goa for more than 38 years. Construction began in February 2017 and the project was registered with the Goa Real Estate Regulatory Authority on 24 March 2018 (RERA registration PRGO03180033, viewable at https://rera.goa.gov.in). It was completed in March 2021.
Homes range from studio apartments to one-, two- and three-bedroom flats, many with large balconies facing the pools or the fields. The complex has covered parking for residents.
Life here centres on the shared facilities: two swimming pools, a small waterfall pool, an air-conditioned fitness centre, a yoga room, separate steam and sauna rooms, a games room, a children's play area and landscaped lawns and walkways between the residential blocks.
The location puts the best of North Goa close at hand. Baga, Calangute, Anjuna and Candolim beaches are all within about 5 km, the Arpora Saturday Night Market is about 2 km away, and Mapusa, the area's main market town, is about 9 km by road. Manohar International Airport at Mopa is about 32 km away, Dabolim Airport about 40 km, and the nearest railway station, Thivim on the Konkan Railway, about 20 km.
The society is run by the Acron Seawinds Owners Association (ASOA) through its Managing Committee, which publishes notices here and shares every paid bill with residents in the app.
