This app is run for the members of Acron Seawinds society. This notice explains, in plain words, what we keep about you and who can see it.
What We Collect
Your name, email address, phone number, your wing and flat, and whether you are the owner or a member of the owner's family. We also record when you agreed to this notice.
Why We Collect It
To confirm that you belong to the society, to let you log in, and to send you emails about your account. Nothing is sold or shared with anyone outside the society.
Who Can See It
Residents never see other residents' contact details. Managing Committee members see the details of people who sign up so that they can approve or reject them, and they can see the list of residents.
Who Owns the Website and App
The website and the app belong to the Acron Seawinds Managing Committee, which decides how they are used. They are looked after technically by an app administrator (the Superadmin), who is not a member of the society. The app administrator can access the server and its database directly, below the app's own permissions, so they can technically see all stored data. Actions taken inside the app are recorded in an audit log.
Deleting Your Account
A later update will let you ask for your account to be deleted from your Profile page. Until then, please ask a Managing Committee member. Deleted accounts are anonymised: your name, email, phone and other details are removed.
